Opens and prepares the fiber for carding.

Once your fiber is dry, we put it through our picker.  The picking process opens and prepares the fiber for carding.  The fiber is collected into a room where it is then conditioned prior to the carding stage.

It is also at this point that we can add other exotic fibers with yours to ensure a uniform blend.
